STaBLE Flo is the brainchild of Keith Isaacson, MD, Charles Miller, MD and Craig Traub. Together they have more than 120 years of combined experience in minimally invasive gynecologic and urologic surgery.

Dr. Keith Isaacson
Dr. Keith Isaacson is an internationally recognized reproductive endocrinologist and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon with more than 30 years of clinical and academic experience. A former faculty member at Harvard Medical School, he served as Director of both the OB/GYN Residency and the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.
A past president of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the Society of Reproductive Surgeons, Dr. Isaacson has been honored with lifetime memberships in the European Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy and the Middle East Society for Reproductive Medicine. He has pioneered and patented several medical instruments, including the standard-of-care bipolar hysteroscope.
As Founder and Clinical Partner at TMI Medical Solutions, Dr. Isaacson brings his deep surgical expertise and clinical insight to guide the development of next-generation medical technologies focused on innovation, safety, and simplicity.

Dr. Charles Miller
Dr. Charles E. Miller is an internationally recognized expert in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and the treatment of infertility, with more than 40 years of experience in clinical practice. He is the Founder and Medical Director of The Advanced IVF Institute and The Advanced Gynecologic Surgery Institute – Charles E. Miller, MD & Associates, where he continues to advance excellence in reproductive medicine and surgical innovation.
Dr. Miller has extensive experience collaborating with industry partners in the development and refinement of surgical instrumentation and technologies that have helped shape the field of minimally invasive gynecology worldwide.

Craig Traub
Craig brings over 45 years of experience in medical device sales and innovation, specializing in hysteroscopy and urology. A top-performing representative for industry leaders such as Storz Instruments, Olympus SSD, Karl Storz Endoscopy, and Richard Wolf Endoscopy, Craig has conducted more than 100 hysteroscopic resection, therapeutic, and diagnostic courses across the U.S.
As a seasoned entrepreneur, he co-founded multiple successful medical device companies including MicroGyn (acquired by Conceptus), IBT (acquired by Medtronic), and OBP (acquired by Cooper Surgical). Currently a co-founder of TMI Medical, Craig continues his mission to bring high-value, cost-effective instruments to market—simplifying procedures for clinical staff and providing confidence for surgeons.

Peter Boyle
Peter Boyle is a multidisciplinary engineer with over 25 years of experience developing medical devices, consumer products, and automated systems. At TMI Medical Solutions, he leads the design and integration of advanced fluid management technologies and automated delivery systems. His background spans mechanical and electrical design, software-controlled automation, and high-tech vending solutions. Peter also works closely with regulatory and compliance partners, bringing extensive experience with FDA, ETL, and UL approval processes.
